Teresa Moore MEd., LPC, NCC
Teresa Moore is a Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, self-mutilation, depression, grief, and trauma. She has received additional training in Critical Incidence Stress Debriefing and in Trauma Counseling. Teresa also provides Couples Counseling for clients looking to reignite the “spark” in their relationship.
Teresa believes that by using good listening skills and by pulling from her experience working with individuals who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, and loss, she is able to find relief for her clients from these problems. Teresa believes that it is helpful to have time to find the reason behind the problems a person is struggling with and from there work together to find the best way to tackle the problem. Teresa has evening appointments in our Farmington office.

When Teresa is away from work, she enjoys basket weaving, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family. She enjoys the beach and spending time in her flower gardens. She has 5 girls ranging in age from 30 to 18 and is happily married to a retired military husband.
