Susan Bailey MS, LPC
Susan is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in grief counseling. Additionally, she focuses her work on clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She has previous experience working with couples in marriage counseling and couples counseling.
Susan has a Client-Centered approach to counseling. Through active listening, Susan tries to understand what her client is experiencing: thoughts, feelings, patterns of behavior, and responses to specific events. Susan works with her clients to identify what is going right and what things still need work. Together she and her clients choose do-able tasks to help them overcome their difficulties and build healthier patterns of relating to self and others.
Susan also works with clients who prefer a faith-based approach and is happy to bring the resources of their faith into the healing process.
Susan has Saturday appointments in our Farmington Office.
